Return Policy

If Wrong Part was shipped:

We will issue a prepaid label to ship back and ship the correct part at our expense.

Damaged in Shipment: 

If the item was damaged in shipping, we will file a claim and get a new item sent to you free of charge. Photo proof should be sent to info@blackdogoffroad ASAP as there is a 7 day window for claims to be made.

Change of Heart:

Within 7 days of receiving the item: 

If it is simply a change of heart and the item has not been discontinued, all you are responsible for is freight back to us. You must use truck freight, UPS, or FedEx. We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. This is ONLY if the items are still new in box, we do not accept parts that have or have attempted to have been installed.

After 7 days and up to 30 days after receiving the item: 

We will still process the return, but only as store credit.
